About the product : Adhesive one component, polyurethane based wood adhesive, which cures with moisture of air and has excellent resistance abilities to impact of water.

Properties : Speed and high adhesion strength. Low pressure time with its efficient formulation. Solvent Free. Suitable for different type of substrates/surfaces. Water resistant.

Application area : By adhesion of all kind of hard wood made materials, by combining of all wood made materials, by installing of MDF, slab surfaces and door frames ,by construction of wood made ships and yachts, furniture industry is appropriate.

Application : The application surface must be clean and dust free. For flat, shiny surfaces (like metal, glass) roughed up the material to let the adhesive to penetrate deeply. Also moisturize the surface, improves the adhesion performance. Apply the adhesive with a thin layer. Keep the pieces together and clamp it 20 minutes. Fresh adhesive can be cleaned with acetone but cured adhesives must be mechanically cleaned. After each use, clean the nozzle part, try to remove the air from the bottle. This will help to eliminate moisture in the air and increase the life time.

Storage : Store the product in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 12 months at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

• P210 – Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
