About the product : Primer based on polyurethane resin with two components to prepare for the application of the final coating.

Properties : Polyurethane Primer resistant to cracking. Easy to apply and excellent distribution over the surface. High level of surface covering, scratch and shock resistant. Easily sanded. Increases the durability of the last layer of paint and provides brightness. 

Application area : Massive, MDF and wooden coated surfaces, the furniture industry is used as a primer to prepare for the application of the final coating. 

Surface preparation : Sobsan Polyurethane Primer applied wooden surfaces and coatings must be dry, remove from grease and dirt. Old layer of varnish on the surface, should be sanded and cleared. If necessary, the surface should be sanded with emery paper №220.

Application : 3 unit Sobsan Polyurethane Primer and 1 unit Sobsan Polyurethane Primer Hardener  are thoroughly mixed. Ready mix is diluted with a ratio 30-35% of Sobsan Polyurethane Thinner. Sobsan Polyurethane Primer is applied in one or two coats with a paint sprayer. You need to wait a minimum of 2, a maximum of 3 hours between layers. After 16 hours you can apply the last coat of paint.

Consumption : 1 kg. Sobsan Polyurethane Primer can be applied one layer on a surface of 6-9 m².

Storage : Stored non-falling direct sunlight in unopened original containers for up to 1 years at 5-35°C ambient temperature. Protect from excessive heat and moisture.

Safety :

S  2             : Keep out of the reach of children.

S 3/7/9        : Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.

S 16            : Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking!

S 24/25       : Avoid contact with skin and eye.                                          

S 29            : Do not empty into drains.

S 46            : If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.

S 51            : Use only in well-ventilated areas.
