About the product : Based on an alkyd resin, quick-drying, glossy, last layerindustrial paint with the effect of "Hammered look".
Properties : It has a good adhesion to metal and primed surfaces, dries quickly, glossy and elastic. Perfectly covers surface defects. Gives the surface the effect of “Hammered look”. It is resistant to weather conditions, chemical and physical effects.
Application area : Used for decorative and protective purposes when painting parts of industrial and household appliances, household electrical appliances, casks and metal objects (doors, tables,cupboards). Protecting from rust prolongs the life of the metal.
Application : All surfaces to be applied must be completely free of moisture, dust, dirt and grease. The new surface must be covered with Rapid primer, primerpaint as a primer. Swollen layers of old paint must be removed from the surface and fine sanded. To eliminate irregularities on surfaces, the places need to be fill putty, if necessary, primed with Sobsan Rapid Primer. 12 hours after applying the primer to the surface, depending on the requirements for applying Sobsan Hammerton Metal Paint, the paint is diluted 5-15 % with "Cellulosic Thinner" thinner and sprayed a one or two coating.
Consumption : 1 kg. Sobsan Hammerton Metal Paint can coated in single layer on a surface of 8-10 m².
Storage : It can be stored non-falling direct sunlight in unopened original containers for up to 3 years at 5-35 °C. It should be protected from excessive heat and moisture.
